wrong prescription

Even though they made good on the wrong prescription correction, how does a quality and professional organization do that. Also the prices where high on the glasses and my wife still wont use the glasses she bought.

Horrible! They don't honor appointment times...

After going several times with infuriatingly long wait times, I requested the very first appointment of the day (which took two weeks). I walked out after 40 minutes.

Can they fix it?

I was quoted a price on the phone and when I was finished with my exam was handed a bill for twice as much. I've set on hold or had busy signals or have my messages passed on totally miscommunicated based on the return messages I get. It's been a month, I still can't see, and I don't think they have even ordered my new lenses yet. Go to Walmart.
