FANTASTIC FAMILY DOCTOR

As always, Dr. Johnson is a warm, personable doctor and one that you can get an appointment the same day as you call! It's always been a pleasure having him as our family doctor for the past 18 years...

LOOONG WAIT

i sat in his office and patent room for a total of 2 hours befor i saw this man. our encounter lated 4 minutes and i was dismissed. ill never see him again

I agree with the person before me.

I also waited a while to be seen and then only spoke with him for a couple minutes. There was a mix up with the test results, which he blamed on the lab, the lab told me he didn't request all the tests he needed to begin with, and the staff took their sweet time returning phone calls. They were very rude. When they finally did return the phone calls they didn't have all of the answers. The doctor never spoke with me personally about the test results which took 5 days to get when I was told I would have them in 24-28 hrs. The doctor never diagnosed me with anything. A complete waste of time. I sent a letter to the doctor telling him about my disappointment and he sent me one back saying he wouldn't ever see me again. No problem, I would never go back there again! If you want kind and personal attention, don't try to find it here!

Bad Visit - Absolutely Rude

Dr. Johnson and his staff are a bunch of nasty and rude people. I went in this week and I was treated quite badly and when I tried to address it with the doctor he literally told me "that's just the way it is". I was made to wait more than an hour past my appointment and 2 other people came while I was waiting saying they had the same scheduled time as I. It was absolutely terrible and pathetic. His office manager was short and the receptionist was clueless. I went out of my way to get back to this doctor because last year my experience was awesome. My impression is he is just another bad example of a medical system that got lost in greed and piling appointments on top of each other.
