best service/ food not so much

I went to Buffalo Street Grill a couple of weeks ago. We were immediately greeted by a trio of servers. Our server, Heather, was amazing!!! She was incredibly helpful when it came to deciding what we wanted and was definitely prompted. We received our spinach and artichoke dip quickly and it was delicious. That where the food ends. We ordered specials which came out terribly over salted and then when we complained we overheard the chef berating our server IN FRONT OF US!!! WE asked to order something else. Heather never lost her cool. I ordered a simple baked potato. COMPLETELY OVER COOKED.. TERRIBLE. The cook then came out to the dining room to greet friends of his and completely ignored our table (the only other table that was in the place)!!!! The cook was so rude that we will never go back. We used to frequent there quite often but never again. What happened???9
