unreliable online booking

I recently tried to have a massage at Robert's. I booked online with a confirmation wrote down all the information on the confirmation screen because my printer was down. They did not have the booking and would not honor my information even though I had the name of the employee booked, date and time booked as per their website. This was extremely disappointing-as a single mother with two jobs it was difficult for me to find the time to have a massage but was trying to get better after a back injury and had hoped the massage would help.
