rude, slow

Food was alright, waitress was rude and slow, wifey and I were 2 of 4 people in the restaurant. Cactus Cafe in Zachary is awesome.

This restaurant offers a wide variety of Mexican food. It is a casual dining restaurant. The prices are very reasonable. They offer appetizers, entrees, deserts and a kid's menu.
