The VERY BEST!

After a botched big toe joint implant by a "respected" local orthopedic surgeon about seven years ago had provided me with constant pain, Dr. David diagnosed the problem within minutes of looking at the xrays. He determined that the joint was the wrong size, it was positioned improperly, and last, it was coming loose. Dr. David proposed to 1) remove the bad implant, 2) graft bone from my heel area to replace the removed joint volume, and 3) fuse the big toe into a stationary position. That was done. The procedure went without a hitch, which would not surprise you if you knew Dr. David. Letter perfect. A previous reviewer called him "arrogant". Well, I HOPE SO! I don't want some gladhanding, comedic, marketing-driven PR surgeon cutting MY bones! It's damn serious business and I appreciated a damn serious surgeon. And during recovery, when I didn't do quite as instructed, I got my ears pinned back a bit, as I should have. Listen, I've been through the podiatric "mill" here in GR and I'll say with no equivocation that Dr. Michael David is the best thing that happened to my feet. And 2.5 years later I'm back to running 6-8 miles per week with NO PAIN WHATSOEVER. Dr. David, you're awesome. Thank you for being you.

arrogant

dr. david is nice until he gets you to sign up for the surgery....well, 'til after the surgery. then he's rude, indifferent, defensive, and accusatory. any question he sees as an insult, and it's hi...
