I would live in my car before I lived here. Pick up a newspaper. 1300 Daja Lane is ALWAYS in the blotter. Sexual assault, family violence, burglary, you name it. Management does NOTHING and that is coming from the children. No management lives on site and there is not a a police officer in the world going to either. Unfortunately, most of the tenants are Section 8 and do not care or respect their home. It only hurts the small number on assistance that are trying to better their lives. Their children NEVER go outside. it is too dangerous. The photos they take of the complex must be in the middle of the day when all the kids are in school. It is anything but a friendly, safe environment. Luxury? Please. Compared to what? Trust me. Look someplace else. ANY PLACE else.
