Great Service

Pool FX installed our pool about 2 years ago and I could not be happier. We had a small problem with the pool and Tom made sure that everything was taken care of. To this day any time I have a question about our pool he has always been able to help me with no delay. If you want an above ground pool, I would tell anyone to give Pool FX a call

Great Job

I have to say even though he is a very busy man, The work tom and his crew did was GREAT, from start to finish he made good on all agreements and has even shown us how to open and close the pool. I would recommend him to anyone

Workmanship was TERRIBLE

Paid Mr Mullane, owner of POOL FX of Goshen NY, 4200.00 on May 20, 2006 for a 24 ft above ground pool and installation. The Quality of the pool and equipment are excellent. However, the Workmanship was TERRIBLE. The entire pool floor is lumpy with large prints caused by work boots and 11 (ELEVEN) FEET across) x 3 to 4 inches in height, the liner above the water line is not flush with the frame, so now there is the possibility of the liner cracking due to hot and cold weather and it looks terrible. After putting me off all summer Pool FX refused to fix the pool at their expense. Not happy with workmanship Would absolutely NOT recommend.
