AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!!!!

Please please please do not ever take any piece of clothing to this dry cleaner!!! Over 4 years, they have ruined many items of clothing of mine & I have never receieved a single penny nor have I receieved a response from the management. Today, (2 days before my wedding, 2 days after my clothes were supposed to be ready for pick-up) I went to pick up my $220 white BCBG dress for my rehearsal dinner. I had been told on Monday that my dress would be available Tuesday at 4:30 because "somehow it got a stain on it." This was a brand-new dress! Needless to say, not only was my dress not at the Estrella location, it was still "stained!" After a confrontation with the girl at the counter & a phone call to the manager (by her), I went to the Litchfield location to see the dress. I discovered the entire dress had been stained GRAY! The employee there placed 3 more calls to the manager, who refused to speak with me. The problem has yet to be solved, but please learn from my story & do not give these people your business!

Extremely Disappointed

I took my clothes to this cleaner just one time. When I picked up my clothes and took them home, I noticed a button was not just broken on an expensive shirt... but that someone had tried (and terribly failed)...
