I have visited Rivergate Dermatology off and on for nearly 10 years and have basically been pleased. Recently, I called for an appointment and it was going to be nearly a month before they could see me. I have to be selective in finding a dermatologist that accepts my insurance (BCBS - S Network). I called another office as a new patient and was able to get an appointment the same week. When you need to see a doctor, who wants to wait a month? I'm really disappointed and will not be going back.
