Takes an act of god to talk to a live person. When I call the doctor, it is because something is wrong & the office answering machine tells me it can take up to 48 hours for a return call. Thanks for the empathy.

I telephoned this office at 10:00am, this morning telling them of a lot of blood in my urine. I had surgery 3 weeks ago & was concerned about the blood. As of 3:00pm today, this practice has failed to return any of my phone calls. I saw another physician from another practice (30min. notice) and was determined that I have a severe bladder UT infection. I was seen, treated, given an antibiotic injection and prescription in less than 1 hour.Gold Canyon can't return a call in 5 hours. Great Doctor bad practice.Look for a better practice
