Very Disappointed

First of all they are not afforable by any standards. I could have had steaks for less. Second their advertising is false. There is nothing cajun or creole about their food. The chicken, sausage gumbo was not seasoned nearly enough and southern fried catfish is not dipped in flour it is dipped in cornmeal. Plus the catfish was bland as well being overcooked and mushy. The only thing I can say good about this restaurant is the service was good.

Great Service and Good Food

We recently had another dinner at the Bayou here in GWS. Love the ambience and the food - for being in the middle of the Colorado rockies - the seafood is great!
