I AGREE WITH THE OTHER PEOPLE ABOUT HER STAFF. WHY CAN'T I TALK TO SOMEBODY WHO CAN ANSWER A QUESTION ABOUT A BILL. THE OFFICE MANAGER DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO SPEAK TO PEOPLE. SHE IS TO OLD FOR HER JOB.

NEGATIVE

YOUR FIRST IMPRESSION IS THE FIRST THING YOU REMEMBER. HER OFFICE STAFF IS TERRIABLE. THEY ARE UNFRIENDLY AND THE MANAGER IS TERRIABLE. I HAVE BEEN GOING THERE FOR TWO YEARS AND NOW WILL TAKE MY DAUGHTER ELSEWHERE. IF I AM GOING TO SPEND MY MONEY IT BETTER BE SOMEPLACE THAT TREATS ME LIKE A HUMAN BEING.

GOOD

DR COLIS IS VERY NICE AND I TRUST HER COMPLETLY. HER OFFICE STAFF LEAVES ALOT TO BE DISIRED. THE MANAGER IS RUDE THE OTHER GIRLS IN THE OFICE AREN'T NICE EITHER. HARD TO GET AN APPOINTMENT. I HAVE TO THINK ABOUT GOING BACK TO HER FOR MY SON. I WAS THEE TWICE AND HAD PROBLEMS BOTH TIMES.
