I am the owner of Glenview Cycle. The Guy who wrote this comment in March is a fraud. The conversation never took place if it had I would assume he would have followed up somehow and please could you be more specific with the type of bike that you bought. Please feel free to leave your name and I will be happy to look up your "Sales Reciept" I just think that you might be a person that applied for a job and we found your work substandard.

Bad service

I went in there recently for a new bike and ended up going with a Giant mountain bike. They assembled it for me for free but I wish I would've done it myself because I almost fractured my head after the handle bar slipped to the left and I hit the ground hard. I ended up with a conucussion and the bike is basically totalled. The owner will not offer me any help trying to fix the bike and blames everything on me. I am considering sueing Glenview Cycle...
