Beware Jim's plumbing

We had Duke out for a water pressure problem, he told my elderly mother that she needed a new pump and well ($8,000) We called another plumber and he changed the filter fixing the problem for less than $100.00. Duke had done work for my mother before and had talked her into buying a new furnace and tank less water heater she didn't need. He had a man come to "hall" the old furnace away and the man told me he was going to use it to heat his own house. My mother paid almost 10,000 dollars to Duke for things she didn't need because he talked her into it. He would have talked her into a new well and pump if she hadn't already been taken by him. He is a very smooth salesman but when you look closely you will find the truth, and that is a dishonest scammer. If you are thinking of using him you should get AT LEAST one other plumber to take a look (and give a bid), it could save you thousands of dollars. I will NEVER do business with them again and would encourage others not to also.
