I like it.

I moved in last summer the place is big and people are cool i was reading what people wrote i dont know this leasing manager lady is there manager is a dude he hella nice but yeah anways its nice and clean thats all i care about

Leasing Manager- ridiculous

The current leasing manager at this unit is hopeless. She is very rude in talking and doesn't resolve residents' problems. She helps co-workers in her office to use office resources like use of office car parking, use of empty car parking spaces to some residents...etc. In spite of several requests for rent receipts, it has never been issued. The apartments are reasonably well, but the management is very poor.Please use caution if you decide this community for your family stay.

Just Moved from Pinebrook

I have just recently moved out of the apartments. We also had the same problems with the manager. We weren't allowed to have the code to get into the gates. Whenever something was wrong we would call the manager, and all she would say is that the Maintnance Guy would come and fix it, he never really came over. Also we just got our Security Deposit back, She lied to us, she told us that we would have to pay for half of the carpet cleaning, and that it would only be like $30.00, well it cost us $120.00. And they also charge you for the re-painting of the whole apartment, and all of the cleaning. I cleaned that apartment thoroughly and they still charged us $90.00, so we didn't even get half of our deposit back. The painting cost us $115.00. So just to let you all know for future reference, read all of the fine print and make sure she doesn't do the same to you. We will be getting all of our money back, as I plan to take her to court! Also make sure you take a lot of photos before you hand your key over to them! I have a ton of pictures and renters have a lot more rights than owners. They have no clue how to run an apartment building!

nOPE NOT A PLACE TO CALL HOME

I JUST RECENTLY MOVED HERE AND WE HAVE HAD 15 PROBLEMS THE MANAGER IS NOT HELPING SHE SAYS SHE WILL HAV A MAINTNANCE COME AND ITS BEEN 3 MONTHS AND I CONSTANTLY TELL HER AND STILL MY PROBLEMS HAV NOT BEEN FIXED!

do not rent here dish is not allowed as well as manager is rude maintence person does not want to fix the problem . please do not rent here .
