lousy food / service

Four of us went to Hugo's on a Saturday night to what was suppose to be a great time. Our waitress gave us our menues and vanished for twenty minutes. after we ordered we waited fifteen minutes to be told they were our on one of our selections. another 20 minutes our food showed up, my wifes salmone was overcooked and very dry, my ribs were on the dry side but still okay, our friends Mostacciolli with crabmeat, mushrooms and Asiago cream sauce was okay but the cream sauce had the consisacy of dry mashed potatoes, his wife dish had way too much pepper in it, neither of them finished and did not want a take home. Out waitress never came around to ask how out food was, maybe she already knew.
