They have great pre- and post-partum exercise classes which are a great way to meet other moms. Once your child is running around, they have many options for them as well.

The facility is ok, but the toddler programs are mediocre. We took a gymnastics class there and each week was a different teacher. I had to remind them of my 2.5 year old's name each of the 6 weeks!

The YMCA has a great prenatal/postpsrtum class...you can bring your baby (up to 10 months) and the instructor is great. Not only is it good excercise, but it is a chance to meet other new/expecting moms.

Great classes for kids in Framingham -- good sports program for kids as well. Summer camp in Hopkinton has been AWESOME for my son, who has attended for five years.
