Good Family Restaurant

We enjoy Phil's because they have good food at reasonable prices. I think most food is homemade. We've always had good service too.

Best restaurant in Fountain Hills

I drove 60 miles to eat at this restaurant. It was sooooo worth it! The club sandwich is four times bigger than any other sandwich I have ever seen. I could only eat half of it and took the rest home. Great...

Great Food

Variety is the special at Phil's. The menu is huge, the food is great, the prices are reasonable and the Owner Phil is always there to make sure everything runs smooth.
