cheat.. they don't know what they are doing...

Ladies, be aware of these tricksters. They spoil your original beauty using their sweet talk... I went their for a hair highlight, they spoiled my hairs with a blond color and charged me double price.. When I demanded for an explanation they were very rude. If you love youself, I will suggest -- don't ever go to La Bella in Foster City!

Cheat

They have add extra charges ( twice)on my bill without consulting during the service. Twice my bills were charged 30 dollars more than agreed price before the service. I feel they are used doing that ---Cheat. NO third time for me. Good luck !
