I have nothing but positive things to say about Dr. Kenner and her staff.I have been dealing with Dr. Kenner for awhile now.3 of my children have seen her since they were probably toddler age at Family Practice. She was great as a resident. So I was thrilled to hear she was staying in town after she was done with Family Practice. So I had my childrens' care transferred to her new office.Within the last year I along with my new baby have became a patient of Dr. Kenner's. I have had all positive experiences with Dr. Kenner. What I HAVE seen is some of the older patients get impatient and complain about every little thing and become rude.It is a doctor's office, there may be time when you are going to have to wait. But I always feel the visit is worth the wait.I ALWAYS leave with my questions being answered.

As Dr. Kenners sister in law I must say that Dr. Kenner is one of the most compassionate, understanding, hardworking woman I have ever met. If you have ever had a bad experience at her office it is not due to her, but your own grumpy attitude. Dr. Kenner only strives to help others and make them happy. It is just too bad that some people out there are trying to tear down her good name.

My title sums up my attitude on Dr. Kenner. If you are looking for a doctor as expeirenced as her predecesor, you will not find it in her. But she is well schooled and very thorough in her methodology, and if she doesn't know, she won't hesitate to point you in the right direction rather than risk being wrong at the patient's cost. I think Dean did a fine job finding a replacement (assuming it was actually him) and I would encourage his patients to try her out. For the record, I have never had a problem with her staff, they have always been very profession and friendly and are a credit to her practice.

The other person who wrote a review obviously had a bad day at the doctor. Funny thing is you only hear one side of the story. Anyone who went to see Dr. Dauscher knew the one thing they were going to have to do was wait. I personally only went to Dr. Dauscher when I knew I needed real care.On the other hand I knew he was there for me if I needed him. The reason I beleive Dr. Kenner is taking a long time without not many patients in the waiting room is that she is trying to take over where Dr. Dauscher left off by taking as much time as she can with each patient reading their histories and making the best possible decisions that she can as a doctor. If you want quick medicine go to a drive through. I only noticed Dr. Kenner being very professional, very helpful, and very caring. As for the nurse you are talking about I have been to her for many years and have never heard her say an unkind word to anyone. Dr. Kenner decided to take over this wonderful inner city medical center with most of the patients being on medicare. She could have gone to other areas of the county where she could be highly reimbursed. This alone shows she cares about her patients and not the money. I encourage everyone to go see this great doctor and if you are in a hurry make your appointments the first of the day or the first after lunch to get in right away. My guess is you will be very happy with the quality of the doctor and the quality of the staff.

My doctor, Dr. Dauscher, recently retired. He told us that he had found us a good replacement but unfortunately I must disagree. I recently went to see Dr. Kenner and had to sit for 1 1/2 hours before I could get in to see her and I had and appointment and her office had only one other person in the waiting room. When I asked why it took so long to see her, I was told by her nurse that I could just leave and find another doctor. She informed me that I could leave and never come back because the doctor, (her daughter) did not need me, she had plenty of patients. I was stunned. I have never in all my life ever had a medical professional talk to me in that manner. The doctors other staff heard her and appologized to me afterwards but it still does not excuse her rude, ilmannered, unprofessional, outrageous behavior. When I complained to BMA medical association (who owns the practice) about her beavior, not only did they do nothing about it but I received a letter from the lovely Dr. Kenner stating I could go find another doctor to go to. That is fine with me because I most certainly do not want any doctor that will allow that kind of behavior from their staff, to have anything to do with my, or my families health care. As far as I am concerned her decision says volumns about what kind of doctor and person she is. Thoroughly unprofessional to say the least. If you are looking for a friendly professional office to go to, I would recommend you look elsewhere.
