I have kept my TIB account against my better judgement and now I realize I should have followed my instincts and closed it. This institution operates with limited hours and access. The internet banking, which was important to this account, has the worst support and access abilities I have had the mispleasure to experience. The people are nice but the banking system is NOT designed to be accessable or friendly.
