They don't charge for that anymore its totally free, and you actually get money out of it :) Great variety and very good quality items. You should deffinetly go check it out for yourself though

This is a top notch place to buy a wedding gown. Prices are fair. You can also bring your wedding gowns in to sell. They will charge you a fee to sell your gown before it is even on ther rack though.
