I've spent several months at Ft. Meade. I'm a paraplegic so when I got a pressure sore I was sent to an SCI center with surgeons but terrible nursing and aid care. Ft. Meade healed what the big boys couldn't. The staff was good to excellent. The food was better rhan most civilian hospitals. It was clean, the setting in the Black Hills was great. Aftercare has been excellent. John
