VERY UNProfessional!!!!! NO customer service!!!

I am a stylist that is fairly new to the industry and had an AWFUL experience at this salon. Please NEVER waste you money here, if they are at fault you will not recieve any sort of refund or courtesy!!! I went with a friend to get the fusion extensions put in. They wanted a 200 dollar down payment for the hair... which was fine and then they said that they would charge and extra 600 for their time. They ended charging her more than what was told and she went back THREE DAYS LATER with GOBS of hair falling out. NO SHOWER, NO COMBING, NOTHING!!! The lady wouldn't style or cut her hair and said that since I was a stylist I could do it. WTF? We cut her hair and styled it, the lady had told us NOT to touch the fused hair pieces with an iron or dryer and WE MADE SURE that didn't happen. We later met with the owner and my friend was MORE THAN calm. ANN WEAVER is the biggest... 4 letter word. IN THE SERVICE INDUSTRY THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT. I AM A SERVER IN THE COSMETOLOGY INDUSTRY AND I KNOW THAT IF I SCREW UP, THAT'S MY FAULT!!!!! The woman is very rude and said that my younger friend was acting like a child. THE OWNER of my beauty school is/was friends with this woman but was sooo rude and disrespectful that they are no longer in good company. I suggest for the sake of YOUR good faith in the hair industry DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON! I'm very sorry it had to end this way...

good stylist , bad customer services

I has a really good haircut there but the owner of the place is not firendly at all. I don't think I will go back just for that reason! Over priced as well. Owner needs some help in customer service
