Good People

Mon - I had my car washed, was very pleased with how well my interior turned out, I didn't pay much attention to the exterior. Tue - My son noticed some white marks on the front fender. We thought it was paint, and tried to remove it with compound. Nothing came off...the last place I took my car was the car wash the night before. I concluded it had to be the car wash, needless to say I was very upset... Wed - In the morning I went back to the car wash to protest my anger. The manager was a big burly guy, I was ready to get down if you know what I mean. He greeted me very graciously, didn't respond to my complaint other than "let's take a look". We go outside he examines my car and says "its paint". I of course disagreed profusely. He still didn't say whole lot, he really was just letting me vent. In a matter of minutes he casually wiped off the white residue. As he went on he explained it was some type of paint transfer, either from a scraping up against something white, or a work van bumping into my fender. He said because my car was no new, that he would even try to buff out the minor scratches from whatever hit my car. I am now pretty sure the white paint was from my wife when she was pulling out of the garage on Sunday, which I did not remember until I returned home Wed. evening and saw a chip on the garage door frame. They provide a different level of customer service at this wash. I won't ever go to another car wash.
