Great service

We have used Cedar Cliff Automotive for a long time now and we appreciate that they are more than just a business. They are friendly and concerned about you and your vechicle. We had a problem with our brakes one time and they were able to get us in right away with their reasoning being they did not want us to endanger our children on these mountains with bad brakes. They are usually very fast which helps when you are constantly running kids everywhere.

Awesome local, family run business

Friday afternoon and the starter went out on our van. Pass their shop all the time and decide to call them. They were nice from the very beginning. How many repair shops do you know of who say, ON A FRIDAY AFTERNOON, to bring it in within the hour and we'll get it back to you before closing?? None in my experience. They got us right in and as promised they had it done by 5:00. Wow!! Not a "normal" experience and will give them all of our business from now on. They charged us pennies for labor and the starter cost much less than expected. In fact, they said they would try to repair the old one before completely replacing it!! They could have just said we needed a new one to get the extra money. We were VERY impressed. This family run business has our vote for sure.
