I agree with previous Dr Burns entry

I took my child in on a Monday because he had a high fever, bad cough, and runny nose. The only Doctor available was Dr. Burns. After spending a total of maybe 3 minutes she decided that he had a virus and "there is nothing we could do about it" 3 DAYS LATER I brought him back to the office and see Dr. Moore who is great. It turns out my poor little 8 month olds so called "virus" was now Pnuemonia!!! I am very upset with this place. Its one thing that most everyone there has very poor people skills (with the exception of Dr. Moore and one receptionist who is named Christy) But the last straw was the misdiagnosis of my child, which by the way could have very well ended with him getting put in the hospital if I would have listened to Dr. Burns advice and just tried to "tough it out" (I think those were her exact words)
