Consider another facility

My relative was at Summerville at Fox Run for approximately 7 months. At first it was great, then there were some changes in staff and things changed dramatically. My relative wasn't receiving even basic care. The last month that she was there, it is documented that she didn't receive her medicine for 13 days of that month. Her room was overrun with mice. Her belongings were covered in rodent droppings. Frequently, she was left to sit in a recliner all night. It was not uncommon to find medications in the floor when we visited during the last month. If you are considering this facility for someone you love, please keep looking.
