My friend feels as though this is the best diner in South jersey, so of course I have to go here from time to time. I too would definitely rate it as a Top 5 diner to visit. Always a great meal.

The Philly Diner is the place to go for a quick and tasty meal. If you're on the way to to from the airport, you gotta try to stop by here for a lunch or dinner. Even breakfast is good.

2nd visit A TURN OFF

The first visit we were impressed by the attentiveness of the waitress. Our second visit left much to be desired. The highlight was the crab soup which was excellent. Things went downhill from there. The waitress did not acknowledge when we were done each course therefore, we had to wait till she came out and finally come over. She did not ask to refill our beverages. The main entree was I had was the salmon and it tasted as if it had been around too long. The waitress asked if we wanted dessert which came with the meal. When my husband asked for for an item that was not on the menu the waitress was very short with her answer. We had a coupon which was out on the table yet the waitress did not say certain specials were not included. When we went up to pay the cashier said we could not use that coupon as we had one meal that was a special. When I said I had the 20% off coupon in the car cashier said sorry I rang it up already. In this tough time when people do go out to eat this is not what you expect. This was not a pleasant experience but IT WILL BE OUR LAST!!!! Unhappy diners
