Very Dissapointed!

I brought in some curtains to be hemmed and 4 panels to be sewn together. The owner told me it would be completed by friday....I dropped them off on monday. A whole month went by before they were completed, and everytime I called I was told they they were brought to their Barre store and they didn't know when they would be done. I called about 7 times total always being told that the owner wasn't in yet and they would have her call me when she got in....which she never did. I don't understand how a 4 day job turned into a month. However, she did do a nice job hemming and putting the panels together, but you would think after having them for a month they would have steamed or pressed them for me...no they were extremely wrinkled...such a disappointment!
