My kids just love going there, always plenty of things to look at and play with. The staff seems friendly and are always willing to help - although sometimes busy. The store is clean and set up by departments...

not just toys, but also tons of gear and supplies including diapers and formula... a hectic shopping experience but the prices make it all worthwhile... I've experienced good and bad service at the same store...

There is so much in this store packed so closely together it's hard to navigate through. They can search for items online in store if you find someone to help you.

This store is often out of stock. Especially around the holidays this can be very aggravating. The staff does not seem sympathetic to this. They will put you ona waiting list but no guarantees.

this store is severely understaffed. At the holidays the stores are almost bare and they do not restock quickly. I always dread going into this store but its the closest toy store to me.
