Good docs but long waits

My son has been going here for years. He has not had to go to the doctor very much, but when he does we always have to wait forever to see a doctor. They finally started a walk-in sick call but you better be prepared to wait 2 - 3 hours. Just to get a referral you have to see a doc and wait at least an hour even when you have an appointment.

2 hour waits are common!!

My children beg me to take them to the other Docs in town. We have put up with the chaos of this practice for nearly ten years, it has only gotten worse. C.Peds is the only peds. pratice in this growing city and still has only two docs on hand on any given day. I like these Docs but they have got to get their act together!
