Turnover is a huge problem. While the staff is generally caring and capable, the owner is a complete crazy woman. The turnover is due in large part to her running off her best people.

don't go here - turnover is astronomical even for daycare. They have had 4 directors in as many months. I had to keep my son at home because when we went by for drop off one morning there were 2 teachers there...
