Coldhearted

A friend and I went to Carlos and Mickeys this spring. We ordered margaritas at the bar and as soon as we turned to walk to a table, my friend tripped and spilled her drink. Even though staff saw this happen, they would not replace her drink--we ordered another and vowed not to return.
