Didn't honor appointment and very unfriendly staff

I had an appointment a Saturday @ 9am. A lady called me the day before and I confirmed for the schedule time. It wasn't after I arrived the Saturday @ 8:45am that the lady at the front desk told me that my appointment was at 4pm. I told her that my appointment was at 9am and that I even confirmed with somebody that called me the day before and she looked at me like I was crazy. Bottom line they didn't honor the appointment, nobody else could accomodate me and they didn't even apologized. I wrote an e-mail to the administration but seems that they don't like to retain customers. They just like the one time customers, that is how they make business.
