Besides of tolerationg this strong smell in the room, my credit card was charged twice.It seems to me that they just the information form my credit card and charged it as they wanted to it.

This has the makings of a 3 and half star to 4 star small motel. You are across from a BART station ( El Cerrito Del Norte) that will cost about 7 bucks RT to get you to the city of San Francisco...
