More than just Martial Arts

White Dragon of East County continues to have the best Kung Fu and Tai Chi program in the county, but they also offer Personal Training, Nutritional Counseling, and Fitness programs for kids and adults! I love the Circuit Training classes and the Personal training results have been amazing! I lost almost 20lbs in just four months. I've never felt better or had more energy! If you are looking at joining a gym, I highly recommend White Dragon of East County, they get results!
