The Nightmare on Fletcher PKWY

I went in to have my hair colored as a birthday gift. Gayla colored it bright red, exactly what I said NOT to do, I said strawberry blone. She said she would fix it for free. I went in the next day and even showed her a picture of the color I wanted. She refused to color it that way and said she would put blonde highlights in it. I agreed to that. Only she used bleach instead of hair color, which I was not aware of at the time. And the highlights were not even done right. So now I have horrible hair color and it is dead and looks and feels like straw. I was given the runaround by the manager, Halah, when asked for my money back. And she never apologied once and was totally uncaring about my situation. This is the WORST experience I have ever had in a salon and the WORST customer service ever. I can't believe how they treat their customers and totally unsympathetic and uncaring. And both Gayla and Halah promise to call me and then don't. They never had any intentions of making the situation right but don't tell you that up front, instead they like to pour salt in the wound. Do not have Gayla color your hair unless your into something different. She does not listen or care what you ask for and will do it her way at your EXPENSE!

gayla doesn't listen to her clients

I went in to have my hair colored strawberry blonde. She dyed it bright red, exactly what I said NOT to do. She said I will fix it for you free. I went back the next day and she refused to still color it strawberry blonde, but put highlights in it. Well that was a disaster as well. So now my hair is a total mess. And also refused to give me my money back. And the manager was totally uncaring about my situation on top of everything. If you like wild colors, go here. If you want someone to do what you ask, DON'T!!!

Gayla

Gayla is a fantastic stylist..i have been going to her for years. She not only does a great job on women..but she is great with men. I have never been disappointed and she does a great scalp massage. It is a pleasent experience talking with her while getting a great cut.

Gayla is the best

I have the pleasure of Gayla as my stylist and she is wonderful. She likes to try new colors and different Cuts, and always turns out GREAT! All the other girls are so much fun to be around, I know clients...

Gayla

I go to Roccos often. My favorite stylist is Gayla, she likes to try new colors and styles with me, and I always love the out come. She is a lot of fun. I strongly reccomend if you want to try something new and fun, ask for Gayla

The Best Out Of The Wild West

Hey...I was looking for a hot style to sport to my new big & beefy boyfriend and his sister recommended me to a sylist in this hot-shop...her artistic skills are beyond and out of this world...with her you don't get no cheap looking mundane everyday look...prices are reasonable and my stylist has the MAGIC touch! Well Terri was the gal who fixed me up...yea...like in upbeat...professional and expertise...don"t be mad be glad...you can never top this...she"s fast and good!!!

Superior & Exquisite Color Placement!!!

I was asking for referalls to a modern salon-type atmosphere ...three diferent strangers whom all had beautiful hair recommended me to "Gayla" a stylist who's Unique Color Placement & Color Blends suit each individual client...I booked an appointment and got in within a reasonable amount of time...wonderful team and the staff is very professional in all phases...I would highly recommended all of my co-workers, family and friends to this salon...I rate them as an 11 on a scale of 1-10!!! If you need a whole new look go see "Gayla" she is the best and I thouroughly enjoyed my salon experience with her...I rate my stylist and this salon again as an 11!!!

Great Service

I have gone to this shop for years and it has changed owners a few times. The one that owns it now has a great staff of stylists. Friendly and experienced in the art of hair cutting.
