I took my light BROWN heels in to Carl's boots back in SEPTEMBER. After millions of excuses, I finally got them back three months later in DECEMBER and he put a BLACK tip on a totally light colored BROWN heel....

A shoe and leather repair place I can count on:

It's a relief to find a boot and shoe repair location that is friendly and helpful. They seem to be able to do anything I need, including punching an extra hole in the leather strap of my son's watch band.
