Poor Edgewood Franchise

Poor service, Poor House keeping, Poor on site management. Probably the worst McDonald's that I have ever visited. When I'm on the road, McDonald's is the place I can depend on for good service and quality food but not this one. I am sorry that I have to write this as I am a stockholder of McDonald's but even after contacting the franchise owner, it hasn't improved. Good news is that I only try it when I visit my daughter as I live 1200 miles away.
