Middlesex Management is a horrible company

I have found a new apartment to live in, as my roommate and I no longer get along, and my roommate has even agreed to let me off the lease and said he'll find a new roommate and this HORRIBLE company Middlesex Management has been giving me the run around for over 2 weeks with this sh!t. First they tried to tell me I cannot get out unless it's within 30 days of lease expiration, then they said I can get a letter written from him saying I can get off, so he called to verify that and they tell him there's no way, when you're not up for lease renewal. Now I've been speaking with Jessica Morales, Pam, and now Olga. Jessica, who I and my legal POA have spoken to her multiple times for two weeks and she claims to Olga that she doesn't know who I am. FCUK THAT! Also, this company NEVER answer's their phone, you must get to the recording, then press "0" to get to a live person, or else you will leave a message and NEVER get a phone call back from anyone. Middlesex Management is a JOKE of a company and doesn't give 2 sh!t's about their tenants! STAY AWAY FROM ALL OF THEIR PROPERTIES!
