Best Place...

I Have had the best service here at Ana's Bridal they knew exactly what I wanted and needed. There Service was amazing, the store is so clean and organized and its a great place to get everything under one roof. I wouldnt ever go else where.

Horrible

First of all everyone will have there own opinion/experiences however mine went something like this.. Long story short the bride had to cax her wedding and all bridesmaids except 1 hadn't gone for the fitting. Since there was 1 left the order wasn't put through!! We asked for our deposit however they stated we are not able to do that but we can give u a store credit. I don't understand that because technically no purchase was put threw however policy is policy right but, than I feel that they kept the money and we are out of luck. The customer service we had was offending and unexceptable. They also spoke to us in a rude manner. Now I work for customer service and that is not service. Now my last comment posted on another site was delted my assumption is by Ana's Bridal so please let me express my opinion.

A BIG DARK CLOUD!

I expected to enjoy every moment of my engagement. I did until my trip to Anas Bridal. The staff is the least friendly of all bridal salons I have visited. I was offended. talked to in a rude manner. FORCED into looking at gowns I did not like and then told I have no idea of taste of current styles. I would rather by a dress at the SALVATION ARMY than deal with any of the staff at this joint. The window dressings outside are appealing..but when you get in the front door...GOOD LUCK!
