Buyer be ware their pets have a short life expetenancy

As a pet store their items are reasonably priced but I would never purchased any of their animals. Several months ago, I brought two birds and within one week they were dead. Upon discovering the deceased bird, I immediately sought the advice of an animal doctor who informed me the birds were already sick. I contacted animal kingdom and they dismissed all claims and refused to give a store credit or replace my deceased pets. My neighbor also informed me that he too purchased a hamster who passed away within a week. As a consumer I feel that pet land discount is a better merchant and thus continue using their services when purchasing a live animal. On a scale of 1 - 10, I gave Animal Kingdom a 1 ?.
