Non-reliable

We recently purchased a vehicle from this location and were disappointed to have to keep bringing it in to be fixed. We expected a few problems with it being a used van, but we had the van back in (under warranty with the lemon law) the whole 1st month. Unfortunately, under the lemon law the car has to be brought in for the same problem at least 3 times without them fixing it to get the money back. This van was brought in every week for several different problems, which they appeared to fix, but I believe only did a make shift job just to get it through the 30 day warranty period. Unfortunately we are still fixing problems with the van, seems to be an on going problem that never seems to end. We go to Bolsters in Winthrop for Honest and Great repair work and will never never never buy or take our cars to get fixed at New England Auto Repair. The customer service, by the owners wife leaves very little to be desired. Horrible experience and we have definitely learned our lesson as consumers.
