Patient, personable, and good listener

Dr. Mentock always took time to listen and didn't rush. She showed a level of empathy and sensitivity uncommon in large family practices, where you're just another face with 2 minutes to explain your problem....

Good but...

Dr. Mentock is good but often slow to respond to phone calls and follow ups. Patient load is quite high, making it hard to get an appointment at times. Also, prices have gone from pretty reasonable to much too...
