At first this company was great, they withdrew a set amount from my account on a set date and paid an old credit card debt. Since December they have stopped paying my debt but are still withdrawing money. I have tried to contact them several times but can not get anyone one the phone. My bank said the only way they can help me is to close my account and open a new one. I can't make payments on my credit card debt because they are taking the money out. I am frustrated!! I guess I will have to file a law suit of my own.

All I tried to do is pay off a dental bill and was placed on hold for 6 minutes, then told they charge a fee to take a @#%@#^ credit card over the phone. They aren't easy to pay off and send on their way.

These lawyers continue to check my credit report with out contacting me in which I thought they are aloud to do. I have no idea if they can do that. Everytime someone checks your credit it brings your cedit down. I don't know how to get them to stop. I have tried calling them and looking for a website but have not gotten anywhere. The last thing I can do it writing them and telling them to stop. grrrr.
