Pissed Off

I recently called customer service to talk to a rep. from your comp. All I could talk to were recorded messages. The reason I am pissed is because on my monthly mortgage statement it shows my payment is $522.99. I don't have a problem with this butt what I do have a problem with is that on my monthly checking account statement it shows you are taking out $531.34. If these are what you call service charges you can stick them where the sun don't shine because when I went to the auto pay program I was unaware of these charges. I would like to go back to paying by mail cause I can buy a hell of a lot of stamps for $8.35. Feel free to contact me at 7854626204 from 8 to 5 p.m. Marty R Anderson
