What a terrible dealership

I bought a car for my son at Rockys. First I did it all wrong. I bought it too quickly and when we were tired- tired looking for cars. But what i was so mad at we bought a car that was in a wreck and the front end was damaged. I only found out when we took it to our mechanic. The front was damage and it cost 1,000. I called Rockys and bitched to a popular radio personality who advertises for them. Nothing happened. I took it in the shorts and learned a lesson and not believe what you hear. Im terrible at buying cars next time a broker. Looking back I cant believe they sell as many cars as they do. From the stupid picnic benches and other things that shouldn't be in a car dealership. The sales people are a bit slimy pushy . Please Please Please dont buy a car at Rockys. I had very good credit and could repair the car with not too much pain in the pocket book. 'but if I didn't have the money. I was so stupid and Rocky's had easy picking. Don''t you be one please.

A Great business

I would highly recommend this dealership to those looking for a clean used car. I have purchased many cars and have visited many dealerships over the years, and this one, BY FAR, is superior to the others. I received excellent customer service from the receptionist, to my salesman, Mike navaro, and the sales manager. Mike listened to what I was looking for and showed my appropriate cars. After we negotiated price, there were no surprises in the finance office, like there are at some dealerships. I was treated very well and would definitely go back.
