a good place for deals on children's shoes... staff is helpful with sizing... the selection and prices for kids' shoes can't be beat, but the quality isn't always spectacular... good leather shoes for cheap......

Going down hill

I used to love Payless, but the last few times I have been, I can't find anything I like in my size. They have the ones I like in other sizes, but always seem to be out of my size!

Cheap, Fun, for all ages
